Terms of service

These terms govern use of LiveStreamBlog’s website, dashboard, APIs, hosted pages and output tools. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and keep roles current. You are responsible for activity under your organisation and for promptly revoking access that is no longer authorised. API and public output keys must be used only for their intended purpose.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LiveStreamBlog the limited rights needed to store, process, publish, transform and distribute it through outputs you configure. You must have the rights and lawful basis to publish personal data, images, scores and third-party material, and must apply appropriate safeguarding and editorial standards.

Acceptable use

You must not publish unlawful, abusive or deceptive material; infringe rights; expose confidential credentials; probe or bypass security controls; disrupt the service; impersonate others; automate access outside documented limits; or use the platform to send unsolicited messages. We may limit or suspend activity needed to protect people, data or infrastructure.

Editorial corrections

Live coverage is time-sensitive and mistakes happen. The platform preserves accepted events and appends corrections rather than silently rewriting history. You remain responsible for promptly correcting inaccurate or unlawful material and responding to valid rights requests.

Plans, payment and changes

Paid-plan prices, limits, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms shown at purchase form part of your agreement. We will give reasonable notice of material plan or price changes where practicable. Trials may end or convert only as disclosed at signup; we do not invent customer commitments not shown in the order flow.

Availability and integrations

We aim to provide a dependable live service, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures and third-party providers may affect delivery. You are responsible for reviewing external integrations, webhook destinations and audience channels you enable.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service subject to your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement or non-payment, using proportionate notice where circumstances allow. Export and deletion remain subject to documented retention, legal and technical constraints.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any contractual cap and service commitments applicable to a paid organisation must be stated in its order or separate agreement; these public terms do not invent an enterprise guarantee.

Law and updates

These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules. We may update them for legal, security or product changes and will identify the effective date. Material changes for existing paid customers will be communicated appropriately.
